Both STC and Mobily will be launching the of iPhone 4s in Saudi Arabia on Friday, December 16, 2012. We have not heard the details of this release. We don’t have idea about the prices or if this unit will include face time or not.

However UAE mobile company which will also be releasing the iPhone 4s on the same date have already inform the prices and details as follows:

The operator is offering the phone in 16, 32 and 64GB models, for pre-paid and post-paid contracts.

For the first three months of service, customers will get 500MB of download per month, with a monthly fee starting from AED 50 from the fourth month onwards.

Handsets will be priced at AED 2,749 for the 16B version, AED 3,149 for the 32GB and AED 3,549 for the 64GB, with handsets available in black and white

I would presume that the prices will not make much difference from UAE price.

The last time that I check the price of iPhone 4s in Al Batha, it cost 4,350 for 64 GB open line. So If STC and Mobily will give a better price, I could see a price drop of iPhone 4S  on different store in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The iPhone 4S will also be launched in South Africa, Philippines, Malaysia and Taiwan and UAE.

Please be informed that we got an information that Galaxy Tab is selling at a low low price in Al Batha. Colleagues says that the Galaxy Tab price in Al Batha is only SAR 1,500. But be sure to know if it is wifi only or , Wifi + 3g. If it is wifi + 3g , I think it is a good buy .

Al Batha, a place where you could get a gadget on reasonable price, offers lots of gadgets, from camera, phone or household equipment.

iPad 1 also sells on that price range in Jarir Bookstore.

There are lots of place in Riyadh where you could get different gadget at an affordable price. When it comes to mobile phones and computer accessories, buyer could get a reasonable price at Electron in Batha or in Mursalat Area. Survey from my colleagues results that Mursalat offers a better price compared to Al Batha.

Jolibee Riyadh Saudi Arabia1 Jollibee @ Riyadh Saudi ArabiaYesterday we had an opportunity to ate in Jollibee located at Batha, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The kids love the ambiance of having Jollibee, a famous food chain in Philippines, here in Riyadh. The price is reasonable compare to other food chain that offers the same type of food.

There are similarities of taste compared to Jollibee Philippines, I must say that the gravy has a 100% match from Jollibee Philippines. ( Be careful , you have to pay for extra gravy )  We tried the Jolly Beef Hotdog, Jolly Spaghetti and Jollibee Chicken Joy and we feel like eating in Philippines.

The only problem is that they did not inform us that we could not stay inside the store during Salah, Muslim’s prayer time, that is why we are in a hurry eating our food. If I only knew about it, we would just eat the food at home. The best time to go at Jollibee is after prayer time.

Like in Philippines they also have toys for kids kiddie meal.

It would be great if they have incorporated Kids Playground in their store design.

I believe that a budget of SAR 20 to 25 per person would be fine. by that amount you can have your ice cream sundae, chicken joy plus extra rice.
