Please be informed that we got an information that Galaxy Tab is selling at a low low price in Al Batha. Colleagues says that the Galaxy Tab price in Al Batha is only SAR 1,500. But be sure to know if it is wifi only or , Wifi + 3g. If it is wifi + 3g , I think it is a good buy .

Al Batha, a place where you could get a gadget on reasonable price, offers lots of gadgets, from camera, phone or household equipment.

iPad 1 also sells on that price range in Jarir Bookstore.

Just found another Apple retailer in Riyadh located in Mursalat area. I am referring to iTechno. iPad 2 is now available on a very limited quantity. I could say that iPad 2 is really fast selling at the moment. People are buying even at a very high cost. The usual law of supply and demand.

Due to the recent announcement of iPad 2 , Jarir Bookstore have decided to cut the price of iPad. Here are the present price of iPad

iPad Wifi 16 GB – SAR 1699 ( $ 453 ) with free case

iPad Wifi + 3G – 16 GB – SAR 2299 ( $ 613 )

iPad Wifi + 3G – 64 GB – SAR 3099 ( $ 827 )

I am still waiting for the new iPad 2 arrival in Saudi Arabia. Which I believe soon will be available. Jarir Bookstore’s catalogue says that this will be for a limited period only.

Meanwhile Samsung Galaxy Tab remains at SAR 2,499 (US$ 667 ) with 16 GB capacity. I just hope that iPad 2 price will be at the range of SAR 3500.
