According to PayPal, all new user will be put in default, that they could only get their money every 1st day of the next month that the money has been cleared by PayPal. This is a protection to fraud PayPal payments. I have received already some funds from my PayPal Saudi Arabia, and PayPal is not charging the user for the transfer of money to the credit  card, which is good for the user. However the money is being pending for about les than a month from payment.

PayPal also says that if a customer is in a good standing and not having bad transaction there is a chance that they could lift the temporary hold and make the PayPal to credit card transfer as smooth as possible.

BTW Paypal is one of the ways to receive payments in Making Money Online in Saudi Arabia.

A swift code is required to received wire or money transfer from banks outside Saudi Arabia. So here is the information about Saudi Arabian Bank Swift Code

SWIFT code is a standard format of Bank Identifier Codes (BIC) and it is unique identification code for a particular bank. These codes are used when transferring money and messages between banks.

The SWIFT code consists of 8 or 11 characters. When 8-digits code is given, it refers to the primary office.

  • First 4 characters – bank code (only letters)
  • Next 2 characters – ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code (only letters)
  • Next 2 characters – location code (letters and digits) (passive participant will have "1" in the second character)
  • Last 3 characters – branch code, optional (‘XXX’ for primary office) (letters and digits)

Below are the SWIFT codes for all banks in Saudi Arabia. These SWIFT codes are only the active participants which are connected to SWIFT network. The passive participants codes are excluded from the list.
