Xperia arc has 1GHz Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 GPU, Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon compared to Galaxy SII which have Dual-core 1.2GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, Mali-400MP GPU, Exynos chipset. I thinks this is one of the reason why they have decreased the price.
