happy new year pictures 31 Year End post for 2012, Hello 2013

It is always a tradition for bloggers to give a year-end report. So here is my year-end report for the year 2012 as well as my plans for 2013. It is this year that I have fully utilized this website after long years of procrastination. This is also the year when I started giving information on this site about anything in Riyadh. I manage to post “how to post”, restaurant reviews, photography subject and many more. In short Best of Riyadh has been a one stop shop for those people who like to be informed about Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I know that I am not as active as other bloggers in the region but I could say that I have contributed great information that are helpful to our readers. It is also this year when I started doing the e-mail marketing for this blog. I have also met some people who are interested in placing their advertisement in this blog. Our subscribers are increasing daily thanks to you guys.

Best of Riyadh has open lot’s of opportunity to me, and I plan to expand those opportunities by next year. I am also planning to have a redesign of my blog and soon you will see it. I am just sourcing some great templates for the new design.

I think by next year I will try to post more reviews and updates about everything in Riyadh.

Since I have started this blog, I have not mentioned my name. In exception to those who are subscribed through email in which I always put my name in every e-mail I am sending.

Today I will start blogging here using my name, Dexter. So you may now address me as Dexter instead of Mr. Best Of Riyadh. I do own lots of blog but not focused in Saudi Arabia but in Philippines. Yup I am a Filipino, and so expect for information about Filipino living in Saudi Arabia in the future.  Anyway I have already submitted this blog to the ministry of information with my own name and details.

I will also show our readers the Best of Philippines so that whenever you try to have your Philippine vacation, you will have some idea on where to go. So starting next year I will start a category about Philippines.

I will also share investing information because I have started my investing in Philippines already (it is already a year). I will try to give Information that will be general so that everybody can comprehend. But of course there might be some information that will only be applicable to Filipino. I have noticed that more Filipinos are becoming broke when going back to Philippines for good after long stay in Saudi Arabia. And I think this is not only applicable to Filipinos but other nationality as well.

Therefore Best Of Riyadh will be more on advise while living in Riyadh. We will try to unlock the Best Of Riyadh, so we could be happy even we are far from our family, whether they are in Philippines or in any other nation. I will also make my about page soon.

Thanks to you 6000+ Subscribers.

    Hi Dexter! I’m here in the Phils. Yet, I always check your site for updates about living in Riyadh, for I was once a worker there.

    It excites me to check for SALE(s) in Riyadh, I get to ask some friends who are still there to buy me some stuff in discounted prices. I owe you lotssa thanks for that.

    I’m thrilled to know that you’ll be doing some investment ideas for OFWs that might also be of interest to me. Keep up the good work Mr Dexter!

    Dear Dexter,
    We are blessed with many talented Filipinos in the world and you are one of them. I really appreciate your enthusiasm of having this information to everyone. I am one of your subscriber that benefit this information. Continue the dream and ambition that you have. More power to you and to your family. Dexter, i have one suggestion. Would it be possible in the near future to develop a mobile application of Mr. Best of Riyadh? Similar mobile application of TRIPADVISOR. Honestly, im writing a comment while the bus is moving going to my workplace. Thank you and God Bless you more. Happy 2013.

    @Maan,

    Thanks for your continued support to Best Of Riyadh. I will try to make my site mobile ready, but i don’t think we can make an application for mobile. Perhaps we can make an application in the future when the site is earning that much :) . Again thanks and Happy New Year
