I am having a problem with my online registration. Every time I completed encoding my personal info and tapping the Save and Continue button I received a message stating “When you face a problem with validating your information please use Isahaar Service or check your information in Jawazat to make sure you are entering the correct information”.
Can you please advise what is the best thing to do so I can continue with my registration.

Example: Passport Number is EB3182115 and in the Exit/Re-entry is 3182115.

Regarding getting information on mobile, if a person is working in a company (shirka) and he dont know sponsor ID, can he enter the CR of company?
Q2: In Iphone the application is not avaialbe. What name should be used in searching this in Apple store?
