Mobily Elife Reset Problem (Solution)
Solution : I was able to get in touch with mobily and the solution is to put their default password of “12345678” and look for “mobily_elife” network name. This problem seems to be experienced by those having white square router. Hope this help.
I don’t know if I am the only one who have problem with Mobily E-life. We don’t have internet connection since this afternoon, I am now posting using my STC 3 months unlimited 4G Connection that I bought for my iPad. My 100 MBps E-life connection was reset this afternoon. I have tried to ask my colleague and I found that some of my friends have experienced the same. As of this time I can see that my Mobily router name was changed to “mobily_elife”.
I have tried to call Mobily through their Customer Care Number (0560101100) but It was not successful. I was in a que for almost 10 minutes.
So should any of you have experienced the same, please let us know, and if you had a chance to get some solution from Mobily please share it here so that our readers would benefit. I hope that Mobily could finish this problem and send some solution.
We will for sure update this post if we can get an update about this problem.
