Saudi Arabia Ended Gender Segregation in Restaurants
Today marks another history in Saudi Arabia, it is all over the newspaper and social media, everybody is reporting that Saudi Arabia is now ending the Male and Female gender segregation in Restaurants. It is really a big deal in Saudi Arabia. The segregation has been relaxed in the past few months but today it becomes official. However it is not clear if this is also applicable in estiraja and other public places like wedding halls. According to the news, the changes aims to improve the experience of beneficiaries, raise investment opportunities.

There are also about 103 changes as per the report, but we need to get information so we can report it here. Saudi relaxed some of it’s laws but all should still make sure that the other laws are still being respected like. Taking pictures without permission is still prohibited in the Kingdom. There are also some laws for public decency that has been passed for tourist Saudi. (It is not that clear if existing workers in KSA can also do the same). Currently there are still lots of expats wearing Abaya (The black dress for women).
Currently, male and female are also segregated in school, but due to this new development, i don’t know if this will be changed also. We are really seeing big changes in Saudi Arabia.
