STC Seems To Be Upgrading Their System
For the last few weeks, my spam text message coming from STC in Arabic letter diminished. They are now sending text message in my own language. STC needs to understand that their marketing effort will be useless if the receiver does not understand what they are receiving.
There are times that I am hearing colleagues being charge for a reason that they do not know. But I think it is simply because they have responded into a text message without knowing what did they subscribed.
I do hope that STC will continue to remove the Arabic message in my phone. I believed they could easily filter those message since, when we applied for their service we specifically mentioned our nationality.
But I believed STC is dong a great job on filtering their message nowadays. Keep up the good work.
