YouTube Add Free Content, With a Fee

Youtube have sent an email to their publishers about their intention to offer an ad free YouTube videos to their users. In this regards, publishers are requested to update their Terms and conditions. There are no specifics on how much will they be charging the users and what percentage will publisher gets from this deal. In this move, YouTube is targeting mobile users.
I have not yet fully utilize YouTube monetization but I know that there are some Youtubers that are gaining a huge amount of fan base, which equates to good compensation through Google ads. They mentioned that by creating a new paid offering, it will generate a new source of revenue that will supplement fast growing advertising revenue of the publishers.
YouTube videos are monetize by Google AdSense, Google is paying for every click or complete view on their ads that are shown in YouTube Videos.
